Clarification with regards to submission of annexures by the dealers who are not required to file Audit Report in Form 704

LAST DATE OF MVAT AUDIT REDUCED FROM 31ST JANUARY TO 30TH NOVEMBER

As per Maharashtra Govt. Notification dated 01/06/2012 along with various changes one major change is done in respect of Audit. As per the Notification the last date for VAT audit is reduced from ten months from the end of financial year to EIGHT months from the end of financial year which means that the last date of Audit is 30th November.
